I'm super into avocado. I think I'll be eating some today. Probably with some eggs or cheese, a bit later. The other beautiful thing about latin american food is that they value carbs in a different way than those in the united states value carbs. Bread, for instance, is something that we are basically addicted to -- I personally want bread in most of my meals. However, this is not entirely necessary, or healthy -- particularly if the quality of the bread is not as high as it could be.
